Desktop Support Engineer
Our Clients:
- Our client is a Europe-based Investment Bank, looking for high caliber candidate to join their expanding business.
Job Duties:
- Provide regular scheduled to clients (MNCs)
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support at client office.
- Complete project tasks as instructed by Project Managers on client or internal projects
- Actively build on IT and communication skills to improve on skill set and effectiveness
- Occasional after-hours assignments with appropriate compensation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or above
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role
- Windows 7/8 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE highly desirable
- Experience in basic network device setup and support
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
- Comfortable working in a team or individually
- Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
- Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
